Shipping & Returns


Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping in the contiguous United States. Non stock item orders with freight weighing over 50 lbs, customer is responsible for shipping from factory.

For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States. Common Carrier transportation may be required for oversized or overweight orders. In these cases, we will contact you to schedule delivery and make special arrangements.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and most International destinations can easily be arranged.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 1-3 days from date the order was placed.*  Expedited or overnight delivery orders received before 10AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) can often ship same day, but is not guaranteed. We do everything we can to get overnight orders out ASAP, and will contact you if there are any delays.

Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Backordered or custom products items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location. We will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.
"3-Day", "2-Day" and "Next Day" shipping methods indicates the transit time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.

Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.
*Orders placed from Canada are shipped within 4-5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Specials
On occasion, may offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 states and always exclude Hawaii, Alaska, and any of the US territories outside the continental United States. With Free Shipping, your order will be delivered by Standard Ground only (Expedited Shipping does not qualify) Free Shipping is available to US addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. Oversized orders or hazardous orders do not qualify for free shipping.

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused immediately; or within the first 10 days of delivery. Please contact immediately to make arrangements.

Most shipping quotes at check-out are accurate, but quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. In the event of a miscalculation of shipping costs, we will attempt to contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

Warranty ships OEM factory parts through multiple manufactures. We support and follow through with the factory warranties of each manufacture.

Return Policy
If you have questions about your order, please contact a expert before placing your order. We accept returns on parts shipped back to Thomson Equipment with a few exceptions:

- No returns on backordered or special order parts
- No returns on parts exclusive to winches no longer in production
- No returns after 14 days from date of delivery
- Refunds will be given on parts only* and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges.

*Note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized. Reimbursements issued in the same form as originally purchased. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Return Procedure
For all returns, please call 503.287.9000. Provide a specific reason for your return, and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. When packaging your parts for shipping, include a copy of your packing slip and order number. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged in return shipment.

Product Pricing Policy
While and our affiliates do our best to ensure that the information viewed on our website is as accurate and error-free as possible, mistakes do occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, part updates, and all other content of this website to be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog or on our website may be mispriced. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy, we will proceed at our discretion as follows:

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will take the following action:
