In this video the important thing to note is that the clutch friction material must be soaked in oil before assembly. This is true for all the Hyster and Allied winches using paper based non brass/bronze frictions. If your clutch assembly's have been over heated it's best to replace the springs, and often the separator plates are warped or cupped requiring replacement. Failure to assemble these clutches correctly will result in damage to the winch, so please give us a clal if you have any questions.
